Philly-Cheese-Steak 🌸

*Ingredients :

°1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
°2 bells
°1/2 yellow on
°1 clove of garlic
°1 tsp season salt (Lawry's or Mortons)
°4 tranches of Provоlone cheese
°4 eggs
°1/4 c heavy cream
°1 teaspoon hot sauce
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees.  Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cutting peppers also onions to small pieces. Mince garlic.
Adding ground beef to skillet also cook on heat, breaking up as it cooks.
When the beef is broken up, but still pink, add the peppers, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables have softened a bit.
Drain the fat from the skillet and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Tear cheese into small pieces and place over beef mixture. (I like it corny so I use more Provolone)
Add the eggs, cream, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and place the dish in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Enjoy !
