°1 onion,
°1 carrot,
°A bunch celery,
°2 garlic cloves
°A tsp butter
°2. 5 c chicken broth
°2 tsp flour
°A c milk
°2 potatoes, cubes
°4 cups broccoli florets, small cubes
°1 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1 tablespoon grated parmesan


Chopping onion, carrot, celery also garlic in food processor, melting butter in saucepan on heat and adding chopped vegetables. Stirring for 5 min.
Add the flour, salt and pepper and mix well, add the broth, milk and potato cubes, and bring to a boil, leave to stand for 15 minutes.
Add the broccoli flower and the Parmesan and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese, mix well and remove from the heat.
Taking 2 c of soup and grind them in a blender, return them to pot.
