All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie pan, but when it bakes it forms its own crust along with the filling. This tastes coconut and vanilla like coconut cream pie! I never miss it! ❤️❤️


°2 cups of milk
°1 cup shredded coconut
°4 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1/2 cup all-purpose flour
°8 tablespoons of butter
°3/4 cup sugar
°1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


 Putting milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter & sugar in blender. Blending well.
Pour to  buttered also floured pie pan. Sprinkling nutmeg on top.
Baking at 350 degrees for 45 min.
