°1 lb boneless, chicken breasts
°2 c instant rice
°1 can cream mushroom soup
°1 can cream chicken
°1 can water (I use one of the soup cans)
°1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
°1 tablespoon of butter


Preheat oven to 350F
Grease a 9 * 13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of
mushroom soup, cream of chicken, minute
rice and a can of water.
Mixing well also pour to prepared casserole
plate. Arrange the chicken breasts on top
rice mix.
Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup Mix Evenly
chicken breasts.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 50
minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
