Cajun Chicken An Broccoli Alfredo


°45 ml (3 tbsp.) Becel®️ oil
°10 ml (2 tsp.) Cajun spices
°454 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°1 large green or red bell pepper, seeded and quartered
°60 g (1/2 c)  chorizo ​​sausage
°1 clove garlic,
°1 tomato, chopped (about 250 ml / 1 cup)
°250 ml (1 cup) milk
°1 package Knorr®️ Sidekicks®️ Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta


In a medium bowl, combine 30 mL (2 tbsp) Becel®️ Oil and Cajun seasonings. Add chicken and bell pepper; toss to coat.
Broil or broil, turning once, to chicken is cook through also vegetables are tender, about 6 min. Slice vegetables and chicken; set aside and keep warm.

In the same saucepan, add 175 ml (3/4 cup) of water and the milk and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr®️ Sidekicks®️ Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender, about 8 minutes.
Serve chicken and peppers with pasta.
