Quick Italian Cream Cake


*Ingredients:

°1 pack (16.25 oz) white cake mix
°3 large eggs
°1 1/4 cup milk
°1/4 cup vegetable oil
°1 (3 1/2 oz) can flake coconut
°2/3 cup toasted chopped pecans
°3 T ROM (Optional)
°Cream Cheese Frosting (below)

Beating first 4 ingredients on speed with an electric mixer for 2 min.
