burrito casserole


1 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can of fried beans
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 large flour tortilla box
2 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese


Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In  skillet, cook ground beef also onion to faded pink and drained.

Adding taco seasoning and fried beans and heat well.

In a separate bowl, mixing mushroom soup with sour cream. Then putting half of soup mixture in bottom of making dish.
Adding layer of 3 flour tortillas to top of soup mixture. You will need to cut or shred tortillas and overlap them.
Spread the mixture on a layer of the minced meat mixture and cover with about a cup of cheese.

Repeat all these layers and cover with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
