easy bourbon chicken

 




Ingredients

1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp canola oil
2 kilos chicken breast, reduce into 1-inch cubes
four garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1/four cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/four cup mild or dark brown sugar
2 tsp bourbon
1/four cup rice wine and vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Green onions, for garnish,

*instructions

Heat sesame oil and canola oil in a massive skillet.
Add chicken and fry till completely cooked and brown.
Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 to two minutes. (Add oil if needed).
In a medium bowl, integrate soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, and rice wine vinegar.
Add the chook sauce and allow it simmer over a low heat. Cook for two to three minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk collectively the cornstarch and water.
Slowly upload the cornstarch combination to the sauce and stir often till it thickens, approximately 2-three minutes.
If the sauce wishes to thicken, upload extra cornstarch.
Serve right away with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish, if desired.
