BROCCOLI, RICE, CHEESE, & CHICKEN CASSEROLE


*Ingredients

°2 c water
°2 c uncooked instant rice
°2 cans (10 ounces) chicken pieces, drained
°1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream mushroom soup
°1 (10.75 oz) cream of chicken
°¼ c butter°
°1 c milk
°1 pack (16 ounces) frozen broccoli
°1 white onion
°1 pound cheese

* Methods 

Step 1 – Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2 - In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stirring in instant rice, covering also removing from heat. Letting stand 5 minutes.
Step 3 - In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine the prepared rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, butter, milk, broccoli, onion and melted cheese.
Step 4 – Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking to help the cheese melt evenly
