*Chicken Salad*



* Ingredients

°3 to 4 pound chicken piec
° 2 tsp high quality olive oil
°1 c seedless grapes, halved 
° 1 cup finely chopped almonds (optional)
°1 stalk of celery, sliced
°4 piece green onion
° 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
° 1 t parsley
°1 c mayonnaise
° juice 1 lemon
° 1 t Dijon mustard
°1 t salt
° pepper

* Methods:

Oven preheat 350 degrees F. 
Rub oil over the chicken pieces and coat with salt and pepper.
Cooking 36 to 46 min.
Remove the chicken from the heat and allow it to cool, then remove the meat from the bones and chop coarsely.
In a bowl, combine chicken/raisins/almonds/celery/green onions/dill and parsley.
In bowl, blend mayonnaise/lemon/mustard/salt also pepper.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and stir gently until combined.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve on a bed of leafy greens with sliced ​​tomatoes and avocado. Add more extra according to your taste!
