Seafood Mac and Cheese


*INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

°2 cups of dry macaroni.
°6 oz. Clawed crab meat.
°8 oz. Shrimps, we are going to shell them and devein them.
°8 oz. of sour cream.
°4 spoons of soft butter.
°2 spoons. Of Flour.
°A onion.
°A can. Evaporated milk.
°8 oz. block of sharp white cheddar cheese.
°4 oz. block of Mozzarella cheese.
°¼ cup “Panko” breadcrumbs.
°Salt & ground black pepper...
 
*METHOD:

Step 1:
I turned the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and peeled and deveined the shrimp.
2nd step:
Then I cooked the macaroni as directed on the box and drained well.
Step 3:  In a large  bowl, I poured the drained macaroni and gradually incorporated the sour cream until all the noodles were well seasoned. ALSO, I incorporate crab meat well.
Step 4:
Next, I finely chopped the green onion, and grated the white cheddar cheese, and the mozzarella cheese using a cheese grater. And I put those ingredients aside for later.
Step 5:
Next, I melted the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet, and added the prawns, turning and tossing the prawns until cooked through.
Step 6:
Take the shrimp out of the bath. When the mixture has stabilized, chop it gently. Mix with macaroni and cheese.
Step 7:
In a saucepan, I sautéed the finely sliced ​​onions until tender, and combined the flour and onions in a large mixing bowl. I browned for about 2 minutes. pour in milk, stirring until the mixture thick.
Step 8:
And I stir in the grated cheddar cheese until it melts completely, and I pour this mixture over the macaroni mixture, and mix everything well, and season with salt and pepper.  
Step 9:
At this point, I placed the mixture in a lightly buttered baking dish. & I sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. And on top, I sprinkled the breadcrumbs.
Step 10:
To add flavor, I sprinkled lightly with paprika and baked for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until top was golden brown.
Step 11:
And after 20 minutes, it had to be served lukewarm!!! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
