*Old Bay Crab Cakes*


°2 slices of white bread, crustless and crumbled or breadcrumbs
°2 tablespoons mayonnaise
°1 green onion sliced thin
°2 tsp old bay seasoning
°2 tsp Parsley Flakes
°1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
°1 scrambled egg
°1 pound cut crab meat


Combine bread, mayonnaise, old bay, parsley, mustard, and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in the crab meat. Shape it into 4 pieces.
Roasting for 10 min without flipping or fry to golden brown on both sides. Sprinkling with extra Old Bay, if desire
