**Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole


°1 bag of 26 oz. froz hash browns
°12 egg
°1 c milk
°1 tsp mustard
°1 16 oz. sausage roll
°maple, sage or regular sausage.
°Salt also pepper
°16 oz. bag grated cheese cheddar


Spray the slow cooker and evenly distribute the hash browns on the bottom.
Crack 12 eggs to  bowl.
Mix well (and slowly) with a whisk.
Add the milk.
Go ahead and sprinkle with ground mustard. It may seem like weird ingredient, but I've come to like it (and use it) 
Adding lots salt...
...& lots of fresh pepper. Blend well & set apart. 
Cook sausage over high heat, drain and set aside.
Add the sausage to the hash browns.
Is that enough cheese? Maybe? Most likely. Throw in the whole big bag.
Mix well. Or good, depending on where you're from.
Pour the egg mixture over everything in the slow cooker. Using a wooden spoon, level everything so that it is evenly distributed.
Turn the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
