Corn Fritters


°1 can whole kernel corn
°2 eggs
°Salt and pepper to taste
°1/2 cup flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 grated cheese
°1 knob  butter
°2 tablespoons oil


Drain corn also discard liquid.
Put the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat.
Adding flour also baking powder, whisk to smooth.
Adding corn also cheese.
Place butter and oil in skillet, heat until bubbly over medium heat.
Drop corn mixture by spoonfuls into skillet.
When golden, flip and cook the other side.
Drain on paper towel also serving
