*Chocolate Rice Krispie Ball*


°½ c peanut butter
°3 tsps butter
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 c Rice Krispies
°½ c pecans
°1 c shredded coconut

* Methods : 

Mixing, refrigerate about half an hour or more, & form to balls. Return to the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour.
Melt the following together in a double boiler:

°1 package of chocolate chips,
°1 square of sweet chocolate

Continue on low heat to keep the chocolate soft.
Drop the balls into the chocolate mixture one at a time using a fork to roll them so that the chocolate coats. Leave to set on parchment paper in the refrigerator. They freeze well.
