Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions




* Ingredients :

+For 4 people :

°400g carrots

°4 potatoes (Agata)

°3 tsp of fruity olive oil

°1 clove garlic

°1  ginger

°1 pinch pepper

°1 pinch coriander powder

°1 pinch cumin

°1 pinch cinnamon

°Salt pepper


Peel and chop the garlic.

Mix the spices and add the minced garlic.
 
Peeled also washing vegetables.

Cutting carrots to sticks & potatoes to cubes.

Pour the oil into a bowl, add the spice mix, salt, pepper and mix.

Add the vegetables, stir to coat the spices.

Preheat the oven th.7 (210°).

Line baking sheet with paper baking.

Add the vegetables, let them cook for 30 minutes, turning them from time to time.
