Weight Loss Soup


*Ingredients

°½ head cabbage.
°1 c celery, diced.
°1 cup diced white or yellow onion.
°1 cup diced carrots.
°1 green bell pepper, diced.
°2-3 minced garlic cloves.
°2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
°4 cups of chicken broth.
°1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes.
°1 teaspoon of oregano.
°1 tsp basil.
འteaspoon red pepper flakes.
°Cayenne pepper.
°Salt and pepper.

How:
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the celery, onions, peppers and carrots. Add the garlic and stir to combine then pour in the chicken broth.
Stir in tomatoes and cabbage and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the cabbage is cooked. Combine the oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt and voila!
