Strawberry cheesecake


* 5 o or more crushed shortbread
* 2 t melted butter
* 24 ounces cream cheese
* 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
* 12 oz sour cream
* 2 c heavy whip cream
* 1 c confectioners' sugar
* 10 Fruit Spread (Smuckers Simply Fruit)
* 1 pint strawberry


The first step:
Crushing shortbread cookies and mix them with melted butter
Press the mixture onto bottom of a soft cake tin
The second step:
Cut some strawberries to slices and placing them vertically along the sides above the peel.
Mixing cream cheese, heavy whip cream, vanilla paste, and half of the confectioners' sugar
Third step:
In another bowl, whisking sour cream with the other half of the confectioners' sugar.
In a springform pan, spread a layer of cheesecake mixture, a layer of fruit lard, strawberry slices, and the reserved biscuit crumbs.
The fourth step:
Spread the whip cream as a topping
Sprinkle some extra cookie crumbs as garnish.
Fifth step:
Put some strawberry tranches in  shape of a design on top.
