Skillet Cabbage Roll Casserole With Beef


°½ large cabbage, grated
°1 lb beef, ground
°½ cup rice, uncooked
°½ white onion,
°15 oz. tomato sauce
°15 oz. broth.Beef
°2 tbsp.   minced garlic
°salt/pepper to taste


Preheat 350F degrees.
Start by browning the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Just before removing the beef from the pan, add the garlic to the beef. Drain the beef.
Combine sauce, cabbage, onion, salt and pepper, and rice in a large bowl. Stir beef into cabbage mixture.
Starting layering your mixture cabbage, beef, &. cheese in a 9x9 pan.
Using aluminum foil, cover the pan and dish. Bake at 350F about 1 h.
After an 1 h, removing dish. Stirring & be sure to re-covering with foil before return to oven.
Letting dish cook again for 15-30 minutes. The rice should be cooked and the cabbage tender at the end of cooking.
