Sausage and Creamy Hashbrown Casserole


*Ingredients:

° 2 cups of milk
° 8 beaten eggs
° 2 pound sausage, sweet or hot and spicy
° 16 ounces cream cheese
° 32 ounces frozen, shredded hash browns
° ½ teaspoon of salt
° ¼ teaspoon pepper
° ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
° ¼ teaspoon onion powder
° 2 c cheddar cheese

*Methods

First step:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Cook the sausages well, drain the fat
Second step:
1. Stirring cream cheese to sausage & set apart
2. Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook until lightly browned
Third step:
1. Grease only the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish and evenly lay the hash browns on the bottom
2. Topping with cream cheese also sausage mix
Step Four:
1. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and seasonings then pour over the casserole
Step Five:
Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes. Or until internal temperature is 160*
