*Ingredients:
° 2 egg
° 1 c sugar
° ½ can pumpkin puree
° ½ c oil
° 1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
* 1 t of cinnamon
* ½ t baking soda
* ¼ tsp salt
* ¼ t ground ginger
* ¼ t cloves
* Frosting:
* 1 pack cream cheese
* ½ cup unsalted, softened butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* Whole pecans to garnish
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Grease the baking dish
SECOND STEP:
In bowl, combine eggs, oil, pumpkin
and sugar
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda,
salt, ginger, cinnamon also cloves
THIRD STEP:
Pour batter to a buttered mold
Placing on center rack of the oven also baking
for 25 to 27 min. Test with toothpick, if
fate clean, bars are done.
FOURTH STEP:
In a medium sized bowl, add the butter and
cream cheese and cream together.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract
FIFTH STEP:
Sieve the icing sugar and mix it
Totally until frothy, just the way you like it.
