°4 cups cold mashed potatoes
°5 slices of bacon
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 cup of salt
°1/2 cup black pepper
° 2 egg well beaten
°1/2 cup of cheese

*Methods :

   Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Remove the bacon slices, crumble also aside. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl;
stir in crumbled bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat bacon fat over medium heat, sauté patties in fat until crispy on each side, about 4 min per side
