**Pasta-shells with ground beef**


*Ingredients :

°1.5 pound ground beef
°garlic
°Black-pepper
°Seasoning Sazon.
°2 c sized pasta
°1/4 c oil
°4 c water
°2 tsp knorr chicken stock
°4 tablespoons knorr granulated tomato stock
°3 diced serrano pepper
°half an onion
°1 box of Rotels
°a handful of chopped cilantro
°garlic / onion powder to taste
°2 packet red sazon
°1 bay leaf

*Methods  :

1) Brown ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper and Sazon perfecta seasoning.
2) While the meat cooks, in a deep frying pan, brown the pasta shells in 1/4 cup oil (as you would brown brown rice or Roni).
3) Drain the fat from your ground beef and add the meat to the pasta shells.
4) Add 4 cups water, 2 tbsp granulated knorr chicken stock, 3 diced serrano peppers and 4 tbsp granulated knorr tomato stock, cut half an onion, a can of Rotel, a handful of chopped coriander, 2 sachets of Sazon rouge, a bay leaf, and add the garlic and onion powder to 5) Stir and cover and cook over medium-high heat until your shells are tender. Serve! and enjoy this easy Mexican pasta recipe with ground beef.
