*Mexican Cornbread*


°1⁄2 cup butter, melted
°3⁄4 cup white sugar
°4 eggs
°1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
°4.5 ounces chop green chiles
°1⁄2 c Monterey Jack cheese
°1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1 cup yellow cornmeal
°1⁄4 tsp salt
°4 teaspoons baking powder


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, beat the butter also sugar. Beating eggs one at a time. Stirring  in creamed corn, peppers, Monterey-Jack & Cheddar cheese. In other bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder also salt. Adding flour mix to corn mixture; stir to smooth. Pour batter to the prepared pan. Baking in preheated oven for 1 hour
