*Mexican-Beef-Casserole*


*Ingredients:

° 10-12 ounce bag of tortilla chips
° 1 pound lean beef
° 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
° 1 can rotel tomatoes with chillies
° 1 small chopped onion
° 1 of cream of chicken
° ½ cup of water
° 1 packet of taco seasoning
° 2 c cheddar cheese, grated
° Sour cream & salsa for garnish


FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven 325*
Brown the minced meat with the chopped onion, drain the fat
SECOND STEP:
Add black beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, cream of hen and water.
Stir to mix and blend well
THIRD STEP:
Let simmer for 15 mins to warmth through.
Lightly spray a nine x thirteen baking dish
FOURTH STEP:
Layer the lowest with gently overwhelmed tortilla chips
Spoon 1/2 of of the beef combination over the fries
FIFTH STEP:
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese
Spread some other layer of tortilla chips
STEP SIX:
Spoon the relaxation of the beef and bean combination over the fries
Sprinkle with final grated cheddar cheese
STEP SEVEN:
Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 mins, till bubbling
Let stand at the range for five mins earlier than serving
Serve with salsa and bitter cream.
