*Ingredients
°3/4 c flour
°2 t cornstarch
°1/4 t baking soda
°1/4 teaspoon baking powder
°1/4 tsp salt
°3/4 cup water
*Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add water and mix well.
Use to coat fish or chicken fillets.
Completely cover the fish.
Fry until golden brown.
