Loaded Baked Potato Salad


°8 medium russet potatoes
°1 cup sour cream
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1 pack of bacon, cooked & crumbled
°1 onion, chopped
°1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
°Salt / pepper to taste

* Methods 

Washing and cutting potatoes to small pieces. Cover with water and boil until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain and cool the potatoes. Time cooled, blend mayonnaise also sour cream. Adding onions, chives also cheese. Salt also pepper to taste. Topping with add grated cheese also bacon & serve.
