Homemade lasagna


1 t olive oil
1  onion reduce to cubes
1 pound beef
1 pound Italian sausage
1 28 oz. canned mash tomatoes
2 6.five oz cans. tomato sauce
One 6-oz can of tomato paste
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/four c sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 t  basil
12 lasagna noodles
sixteen oz ricotta cheese
1/2 c finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 c mozzarella cheese


In a skillet on medium heat, upload olive oil and onions. Fry it till cooked and upload the minced meat and sausage. Cooking and crumble till brown also cooked thru. Adding mashed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar and basil. Simmer on low heat.

In saucepan, carry water to a boil. Add the lasagna and cook for eight to ten mins. Drain also rinse with water.
In a medium bowl, upload ricotta, Parmesan, and eggs. Stir till incorporated.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a 9" x 13" baking tray with nonstick spray and set aside.

To make the lasagna, begin via way of means of brushing 1 cup of the beef sauce into the lowest of the skillet. Arrange the noodles in a single layer over the beef sauce. Spreading 1/2 c of ricotta cheese on noodles, then sprinkliny with mozzarella. Repeat layers also cowl with cheese.

Covering with aluminum foil and baking for 20 mins. Removing the tin foil and bake for an extra 20-25 mins 
Let it cool for 10 mins earlier than serving.
