Ingredients
* 1 box of Angel Food Cake mix, or 1 pre-made Angel Food Cake
* box vanilla pudding mix
* 1 tablespoon of peeled and toasted almonds
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 box of cherry pie filling
* 1 tub cold whisk
instructions
The first step:
Baked food angel cake accode to package methods
Leave to cool, then cut into cubes
The second step:
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, pudding mixture, and milk and whisk until mixture is smooth and begins to thicken. Set to the side
In a 9" x 13" baking pan, using half of the cake cubes, place a layer of the cubes on the bottom of the pan.
Third step:
Spread half of the cherry pie filling over the cubes
Place the remaining cake cubes on top of the cherry pie filling
The fourth step:
Pour the pudding mixture over the cake and distribute evenly
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pudding mixture
Fifth step:
Decorate the top with the remaining cherry pie filling and sprinkle toasted almonds on top
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before serving
