Grandma's Cookies



*Ingredients

°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon of white sugar
°Half a cup of margarine
°1 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Chop the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse flour. Gradually stir the milk so that the dough folds over the sides of the bowl.

Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead 15-20 times. Roll or roll the dough to 1 inch thick. Cut the biscuit with a large piece or a cup of juice soaked in flour. Repeat until the batter is used up. Discard excess flour and place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet.
