*CORNBREAD-DRESSING*


*Ingredients :

° 1 package (16 ounces) dry cornbread mix
° 2 tablespoons of butter
° ½ cup chopped celery
° 1 small onion
° 2 eggs, beaten
° 2 cups of chicken broth
° 2 tablespoons of dried sage
° Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions :

Prepare dry cornbread blend according to pack directions. Cool & crumble.
Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
In  skillet on medium heat, melt the butter also sauté celery and onion to tender.
In  bowl, combine celery, onions, 3 cups cornbread crumbles, eggs, chicken broth, sage, and salt also pepper to taste; blend well.
Placing in prepared dish & bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 min
