Broccoli, rice, cheese & chicken casserole


2 c of water
2 c uncooked rice
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1-10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Half a cup of butter
1 cup milk
1 small white onion
16 ounces diced broccoli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


The first step:
Preheat oven 350*
Cooking rice as instructed
The second step:
In a 9 x 13 baking tray, putting rice and chicken, add soup, butter, broccoli and onions. Stirring with a cup of cheese
Bake for 30 to 35 min
Third step:
During  last few min, sprinklingrest of the cheese on top and let it melt.
Take it out of oven and leave it for 5 min.
The fourth step:
Served with dinner salad or breadsticks.
Serve hot and enjoy!
