Best coconut pie

Ingredients :

1 c milk
1 c sweetened coconut
1 c light cream
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla
1 pie crust.
8 ounces whip cream

*How to make:

1. Baking  pie crust according to directions on the pack and cool.
2. Put the milk and light cream in a double boiler. Add sugar and let it come to a boil.
3. Add 2 tbsp. Cold water for cornstarch. stir well.
4. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until light. Add the cornstarch mixture to the yolks. Mix well.
5. Add the egg mixture to the milk mixture in the double boiler.
6. Cooking for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
7. Removing from fire. Add vanilla and coconut. flip on. Let it stand for 30 min.
8. Pour to ready-made dough. Covering with plastic wrap and let cool for 30 minutes or until tender.
9. Removing plastic wrap. Cover with whipped cream.
