Grilled chicken with garlic brown sugar


Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breast
four cloves minced garlic
four tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil herbs and spices, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F, line a baking dish or cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat gently with cooking spray or brush gently with oil.
In a small frying pan, fry garlic in oil till softened.
Remove from warmth and stir with brown sugar. Add extra herbs and spices as desired.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place the breasts in a organized baking dish and cowl with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
