*Grandma's Custard Style Pudding*


°4 eggs
°3/4 cup Domino's sugar
°3 cups McArthur milk
°1 cup Land O' Lakes heavy cream
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
°3 c cook, cooled rice (leftover rice works great!)
°1 c raisins

* Methods

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat eggs and sugar together. Pour in milk also cream also blend well. Adding vanilla also cinnamon & mix well. Adding rice & raisins & stir to mixed. Pour blend into  buttered gratin dish.
Place the filled casserole in a larger baking dish. Add about 2 inches of water to the larger pan (or enough to fill about half the side of the rice pudding dish). This method will help the pudding have a custard-like texture.
Bake for 30 minutes. Stir gently. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot.
