Delicious Beef Stew


°1 lb beef stew meat
°2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
°1 medium carrot
° medium potato
°1 clove of garlic
°1/2 medium onion
°1 bay leaf (dry)
°3 fresh spring or tym
°1 fresh spring rosemary
°1 tablespoon tomato paste
° 1 tablespoon beef flavor better than broth
°2 tbsp red wine
°1/2 c frozen green peas
°2 c beef broth 

* Methods :

In deep pan, add 1 tbsp of oil to heat, then add 2 tbsp of flour to the beef coat, then brown remove it from the pan.
Now add :
carrots, onion, garlic and diced potatoes cook for 3 minutes.
Then add:
Red wine tomato paste, bay leaf, thyme, a little black pepper, a tablespoon of beef flavor better than broth and rosemary cook another 5 minutes.
Then add the beef broth and simmer over medium heat for 2½ hours.
After 2.5 hours, adding green peas to cook for another 5 minutes, your cooking is complete.
