Chocolate cake

It's too good, especially served hot with vanilla ice cream.

°1 box Devil Food cake blend
°1 box chocolate pudding instant 3.9
°5 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3/4 cup oil
°1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
°3/4 cup brewed coffee
°2 c Nestles Toll chocolate House chips

Blend all dry ingredients also all liquids together also blend well. Adding chocolate chips. Bake in a buttered loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before inverting onto a cake plate or large round dish.
Ganache glaze: Heat 1 knob of salted butter over low heat. Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 can powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 cup pecan pieces. Pour hot over the cake and serve hot if possible. Alternatively, reheat in the microwave before serving.
