*Ingredients:
°2 breast -chicken
°8 oz cream cheese
°15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
°15 oz corn with liquid
°1 can Tomatoes with Green Chili
°1 pack ranch dressing
°1 teaspoon onion powder
°1 tablespoon chilli powder
°1 teaspoon of cumin
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Drain also rinse black beans
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
SECOND STEP:
Add undrained corn, Rotel tomatoes and undrained green chiles and black beans over chicken
Sprinkle seasonings and ranch dressing mixture
Stir to combine everything
THIRD STEP:
Place the cream cheese on top, put the lid on and cook over low heat for 6-8 hours
When the cooking time is over, take the chicken out and shred the two chicken breasts.
FOURTH STEP:
Return the chicken to the slow cooker
Mix so that everything is mixed
FIFTH STEP:
This can be served with cornbread, corn chips or tortillas. It can also be served plain.
Top with parsley, crushed tortilla chips or tortilla chips for garnish.
