°1 cup butter (salty sweet cream)
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3 cups flour
°2 1/4 tsp cinnamon
°1 tsp baking powder
°1 tsp baking soda
°1/2 tsp salt
  ° 2 c grated or chop raw carrots
°The great cream cheese frost
°1 c chop pecans

* Methods 

Grate and chop 2 cups of raw carrots
In bowl, cream butter also sugars to light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Mix in the cinnamon, baking powder, baking sold and salt and mix well.
Add the flour and mix until
Add 2 cups of carrots.
Bake the cookies in a 375 degree oven for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown
Let the cookies cool.
Frost with best cream cheese frost.
Sprinkle chopped pecans around the edges of the cookies.
