Homemade Beef Lo Mein

* Ingredients :

°grilled chuck
°broccoli crowns
°Carrots (thin slices)
°oil
°2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch
°Fresh Lo Mein noodles (I found these in the refrigerated section of my local Asian store but if you can't find them, you can also use spaghetti noodles and cook them according to the box before frying).
°2 teaspoons sesame oil
°Two teaspoons of black pepper
°1 teaspoon salt
°2 teaspoons sugar
°3 garlic cloves (minced)
°1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
°3 tablespoons oyster sauce
°2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

*directions :

Cut the meat into thin strips and mix well in a bowl with the cornstarch. Sit aside.
Chop the vegetables and make them ready to cook.
Combine oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a frying pan until it smokes slightly over a medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Cook and stir the beef, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic, ginger and all vegetables to the skillet and fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the noodles and beef to the skillet and mix well from bottom to top for about a minute. Then cover the pan for a few minutes.
Add the sauce mixture to the skillet, mix well, and stir for another minute. Dish and enjoy!

5. Remove from heat and use a wire whisk to gradually mix in the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
6. Spread or pour the warm decorations over the cake. While cake is still warm, sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with caramel sauce.

Enjoy !
