Cajun-shrimp-in-foil

*Ingredients

°8-12 corn on the cob,
°4 whole cones, cut in half or thirds
°4 red potato, wash, diced also quartered
°20-30 un-cooked shrimp, peel or not, it's up to you
°1 pound smok sausage, cut to pieces
°Melted butter or olive oil, as desired
°1/2 cup chicken broth, you may not need a lot of Cajun/Creole seasoning
°salt and pepper as needed

* Directions :

Heat the grill to 400 degrees. You can do this in your oven at the same temperature. Put the potatoes in the microwave for a few minutes to soften them before placing them in the oven. Spread the corn, potatoes, shrimp, and sausage evenly among 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12 by 18 inches each).
Sprinkle the melted butter and about 2 tablespoons of chicken broth over each bag of chips. Season evenly and generously, to taste, with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Close the foil packets tightly by folding the sides over the contents and folding the ends tightly over the seam.
Roast 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, flipping once halfway.

Enjoy!
