*Ingredients
°2 catfish fillets
°1/2 t. garlic powder
°1/2 t. onion powder
°1/2 t. cayenne pepper
°1/2 t. Red pepper
°1/2 t. spices
°½ t. crush red pepper flake
°½ extra virgin olive oil
°salt & pepper as needed
* Methods
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In bowl, mixing spices, salt & pepper.
Divide the seasoning mixture and sprinkle half of it over each catfish fillet.
Placing catfish in an oven-safe glass dish. Bake at 350 F and 25 minutes, until fish flakes.
Serving directly with steam vegetables or salad.
